To begin with 6 months)   Reports To: Business Manager/Head The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline An ideal person should have Excellent Excel Skills and Strong Communication skills with high affinity for clients.  Role and Responsibilities: ·         To explain about product to customers on phone ·         To send company profile and proposal ·         To arrange meetings for demonstration for services & give it to sales Executive ·         To do follow-ups of customer via email or call ·         Maintain all the record with their call and email status in excel sheets. ·         Handling calls of the customer ·         Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times

    Competencies and Skills Required An Executive – Outbound Sales should possess an in-depth knowledge of the client and services that he/she is managing. The executive should be able to plan, execute and strategize effectively. ·      Outbound calling or customer service experience •    Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner •    Proven track record in a sales environment •    Good attention to detail •    Computer literate and experience in database navigation •    Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage •    Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting •    Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues •    Confident, self-motivated and goal driven •    Friendly personality and team player
